Our approach

Know exactly how your sourcing journey works.

Sourcing from a new country should not feel like a leap of faith. Here is every stage, what you provide, what we coordinate and what you can expect next.

Agreed before anything proceeds

  • Specifications
  • Samples
  • Pricing & quantities
  • Quality requirements
  • Production commitments

The inspection scope and shipment arrangements are agreed separately for each order.

  1. 01

    Share your requirements

You send a brief through the form, by email or on WhatsApp. It does not have to be complete.

    You provide

Product, intended use, quantity, destination, and any specifications, references or photos you already have.

    We coordinate

We read the brief, check we understand the use, and list the specification questions that still need answers.

    What you can expect next

A written reply from a named person confirming your requirement and the open questions.

  2. 02

    Sourcing & supplier coordination

We look for manufacturing partners in Pakistan whose products, capacity and experience suit your requirement.

    You provide

Answers to open questions, and any standards, testing or compliance requirements for your market.

    We coordinate

We share your specification with suitable suppliers and confirm whether, and how, they can meet it.

    What you can expect next

An honest summary of the options. If we cannot find a suitable match, we say so.

  3. 03

    Specifications, samples & quotation

The specification is agreed in writing. Samples are arranged where applicable, and a quotation follows.

    You provide

Sample feedback, branding artwork, packaging requirements and your preferred shipping terms.

    We coordinate

We document the agreed specification and confirm price, minimum quantity and lead time with the supplier.

    What you can expect next

A specification sheet and quotation to approve or revise. Nothing proceeds without your written approval.

  4. 04

    Quality coordination

Quality expectations and the inspection scope are agreed for each order before production begins.

    You provide

Your acceptance criteria, and whether you want an independent inspection company involved.

    We coordinate

We coordinate with the supplier during production and arrange the agreed checks.

    What you can expect next

Progress updates, and inspection findings shared with you before shipment.

  5. 05

    Export coordination

Packing, labelling, export documentation and shipment are arranged on the agreed terms.

    You provide

Incoterms, your forwarder or delivery address, and any labelling or document requirements.

    We coordinate

We coordinate packing lists, commercial invoices and the export paperwork with the supplier and forwarder.

    What you can expect next

Shipping documents and shipment details for your records and customs clearance.

Why buyers work this way

A more transparent way to source from Pakistan.

We are not a marketplace and we are not a factory. We are the accountable company between your requirement and Pakistan’s manufacturers.

  • 01

    Requirement-first

We start with what you need the product to do, not with whatever happens to be in stock.

  • 02

    Local access to Pakistan’s suppliers

We are based in Pakistan, close to its textile, glove and sports-goods clusters, and approach manufacturers according to the requirement in front of us.

  • 03

    Specification-focused

GSM, materials, dimensions, construction, branding and packaging are discussed explicitly, before commitments.

  • 04

    Buyer-side coordination

From the first brief to samples, quality checks and export paperwork, you deal with one company.

  • 05

A real person to talk to

Email or WhatsApp us and a named person replies. You can ask questions before you are ready to order.

  • 06

    Built for repeat business

We would rather get a specification right and supply it again than win a single order.

Our ground rules

What we will never claim.

  • Prices, MOQs or lead times we have not confirmed. They appear on a quotation for your specification, not on a website.
  • Certifications a product does not hold. Test reports must cover the specific product, and we share them with you.
  • That concept images are stock. Our product images are illustrative; samples are the evidence.
  • That we own factories. We work with manufacturing partners and are open about that role.

Start the conversation

Tell us what you need to source.

Product, quantity and destination are enough to start. Partial information is fine — we will ask about the rest.
