Specification guide

Know the details before you quote.

A clear specification gets you a comparable, accurate quotation. If you are unsure of any of these, choose “please advise” in the brief and tell us how the product will be used.

Construction compared

Hand-stitched

Panels stitched by hand, typically 32. Soft touch and durable seams. Sialkot’s traditional method, common for match and premium training balls.

Machine-stitched

Panels stitched by machine. Consistent and cost-efficient for training, school, recreational and promotional volumes.

Thermal-bonded

Panels bonded with heat and adhesive, no external stitching. Smooth surface and lower water uptake; allows modern panel shapes.

Ball sizes

SizeTypical use
Size 5Age 12 and over; adult play. 68–70 cm circumference.
Size 4Roughly ages 8–12; futsal-style training.
Size 3Under 8s.
Size 1Mini and skills balls; promotional giveaways.

Materials

PU cover
Softer feel and better touch; typical for match and quality training balls.
TPU cover
A balance of feel, durability and cost.
PVC cover
Hard-wearing and economical; recreational and promotional balls.
Latex / butyl bladder
Latex gives a livelier feel; butyl holds air longer.

FIFA Quality marks apply only to specific tested ball models. None is claimed here.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers.

Are these balls FIFA approved?

No product on this website is presented as FIFA-certified. FIFA Quality marks belong to specific ball models that have passed laboratory testing. If you need one, tell us; it would only be referenced where the specific product holds the mark and the documentation is shared with you.

Which construction should I choose?

Hand-stitched balls suit match and premium training use; machine-stitched balls are cost-efficient for training and promotional volumes; thermal-bonded balls offer a smooth seamless surface. See the comparison above or ask us to advise.

Can you put our logo on the ball?

Yes, branding is discussed for every enquiry, from a single logo print to a full custom design. Feasibility and quantities depend on the method and are confirmed in the quotation.
