Quality & evidence

How quality is coordinated.

We do not own factories, so we cannot ask you to trust our machines. Instead we make every requirement explicit, label every value by where it came from, and agree the checks with you before production.

Evidence labels

Every value says where it came from.

On every specification and sample record we tell you whether a value is something you asked for, something a manufacturer has stated, or something we have measured ourselves.

  • Buyer requirementWhat you have asked for. A target, not yet a fact.
  • Supplier-reportedTaken from a manufacturer’s written specification or quotation.
  • Measured on our sampleChecked by us on a physical sample, with the date and photos recorded.
  • Open questionStill being checked. Never quoted as fact.

Quality procedure

Five steps, agreed per order.

The scope of each step is agreed with you for every order. Nothing here replaces the specification and inspection terms written into your quotation.

  1. 01

    Specification approval

Every order starts from a written, version-numbered specification sheet that you approve. It records material, weight, dimensions and tolerances, construction, colour, branding and packing.

  2. 02

    Sample check

Where samples are part of the order, we check them against the specification — weight, dimensions, construction, colour and finish — and share the results with photos, labelled “measured on our sample”.

  3. 03

    In-line check

Where agreed, production is checked against the approved sample and specification while it is running, so issues surface before the order is finished.

  4. 04

    Final inspection

Before shipment, goods are inspected to a scope agreed with you for that order, such as an AQL sampling plan. You can appoint an independent inspection company; we coordinate access.

  5. 05

    If something fails

Findings are shared with you in writing. Rework, replacement or another corrective action is agreed with you, and goods are not shipped against a failed inspection without your written agreement.

Quotations

What every quotation includes.

So you can compare like with like, and know exactly what you are approving.

Specification reference
The exact sheet and version the price applies to.
Incoterm and named place
For example FOB Karachi or CIF your port, so you know where cost and risk transfer.
Price basis and currency
Per piece, dozen, pair or set, in the currency agreed.
Minimum order quantity
For that specification, as confirmed by the manufacturer.
Production lead time
From approval of the pre-production sample.
Payment terms
Stated in writing, agreed before production.
Validity date
How long the price holds.
What is excluded
For example import duties, inspection fees or freight beyond the named place.

Certificates & test reports

Documents that match the product.

  • For the exact product

A certificate or test report is only relevant if it covers the specific product and claim. A company-wide badge is not evidence for your order.

  • Shared with permission

Manufacturers’ certificates, test reports and audit documents are shared with you only with the manufacturer’s written permission.

  • Not presented as ours

Kashif Ventures is a sourcing company. We do not present ourselves as certified, and we do not borrow a supplier’s credentials.

  • Tell us what your market needs

OEKO-TEX®, EN 388, EN ISO 20471 or anything else: name it in your brief and we check documentation before quoting against it.
